During the pandemic we became "Dayton famous" for our YouTube restoration series on a historical home in Grafton Hill, a home which to this day is lovingly referred to as "The Fed."
Since then we've had two baby girls, sold both The Fed and our townhouse in downtown Dayton, and did something we never thought we'd do:

We invite you along to share in our journey.

Welcome to our 1955 ranch; dubbed South House, she's a diamond in the rough having been owned by the same family since it was built. We were drawn to this home's location, large backyard, and full basement with mega potential. So far we've sorted through a hoarder's trove and battled mildew, a complete plumbing redo, and poison ivy along the way. We're excited to breathe new life into this classic. Stay tuned as we transform this ranch into a stunning retreat that we call home!
